Scavenger’s p.o.v
It was right after the worst sandstorm in the world it blew the little Nevada town of Goodsprings this and that. I was out looking for supplies, like wood, to repair our town when I heard a sharp cry. I looked everywhere in this desert and I could still not find the source of the noise.

Suddenly I tripped on a handle to a basket sticking out of the ground I grabbed it and inside there was a baby girl. I brought her back to town where the whole town lent a hand to raise her. We knew there was something different from the second I met her. It started with her red eyes. Both were glowing as red as the morning sun. We thought it was irritation from all the sand. However as she got older we also realized she was well advanced for her age. Only a few months old after we found her she was walking and talking. She skipped crawling weirdly enough, but we just thought she was more advanced or older because we still don’t know her age. After one year she was running, talking in full, crisp sentences and even more impressive she was helping out with cleaning up the town and more. It was so outstanding; we have never seen anyone like her she’s one in a million.

We decide to call her Shennaynay Smith. After about four years she was attending school at a higher level than her age and out raced everyone in gym class. Her nickname was “lightning” because that’s how fast she was. When she was ten or ten years after we found her, I gave her a tranquilizer rifle to keep the varmint away from our town. This town of ours has had things like snakes and lizards some poisonous some just a problem and they scare the townsfolk. As soon as she got it no animal ever made back into our town while she was here because of that we also had surpluses of meat and food because of the animals she got she cooked them too. This was a blessing for our little Nevada town. She was as happy as ever with her life and was never bored. When she was fifteen she went out to get some food when another sandstorm hit this one was more sever where Shennaynay was and we never saw her again.
Solders point of view
When we first saw her she was as sandy as a beach but was not hurt or nothing. When we took her in to clean up we told her this was area 51 and could not leave EVER. For a while she was sad she could never go back to Goodsprings. We comforted her and over time she got better. We gave her a job of keepin animals like snakes and rats out of this place and she was a saint at this because I never saw another one again. We treated her like one of us and she was she hand more brains then half of the scientists here and more strength speed and accuracy than any other solider here she was respected and the surviving the massive sand storm helped with that.

When she wasn’t shotin the critters she was at the labs questioning the reasons the there doing that. She seemed to be a philosopher and a scientist and she was she made new ground breaking ideas like a way to increase the areas power output and they been struggling with that too. We were amazed at all the work she has done in just a few months and we loved it. When she was board she ran laps around the area over and over again. One day just left and we tracked her but we could not find until one day we saw her run so fast she went into the ground to cover it up we called it the grand canyon. As for her we never saw her again.
